PowerPoint is the meeting place of the biennale when the PowerLounge is closed. At the initiative of the artists' group Observatorium, the biennale is also providing a place to get together outside the Kunsthal Rotterdam and the Netherlands architecture Institute.

 


The artists' group will be fusing the restaurant De Unie and the Berendsen gallery into the meeting place of the biennale in the evening: PowerPoint. Here the biennale visitors will be warmly welcomed by the gallery owner, the artists and the cook.

 

PowerPoint offers the visitors, along with drinks and hors-d'oeuvres, a place for special encounters and unexpected presentations. Moreover visitors can play an impressive game in the back of De Unie: SpaceFighter - A Game for the Evolutionary City by MIT/Winy Maas.

 

PowerPoint is located in the restaurant De Unie at Mauritsweg 34, on the canal between the Kunsthal Rotterdam and Rotterdam's Central Station. De Unie is open from 17:30 to 22:00. Closed on Sundays and Mondays.
